2. Organizers
The Explore & ReConnext Global Reinsurance Summit is organized collaboratively by IUC, XPRIMM, and Confera. This policy applies to registrations managed and processed by IUC.
3. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement governs distance sales transactions related to events, campaigns, online meetings, and registrations made via www.iucevents.com under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related regulations.
4. Service Description
• Type: Event participation, online meetings, campaigns
• Location: Physical venues or online platforms
• Fee: Specified per event/service
• Payment: Online payment methods (credit card, virtual POS, etc.)
5. Service Delivery
• Services are provided after registration and payment completion.
• Access details for online events sent at least 24 hours before the event.
• Details for physical events announced separately.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
• Full refund if cancellation made at least 7 days before the event.
• No refund for cancellations within 7 days of the event.
• Substitution allowed with written notice at least 48 hours before the event.
• No withdrawal right once live or digital content events start.
• Organizer may cancel or reschedule due to force majeure; refunds or alternative dates offered.
7. Refund Terms
• More than 60 days before event: 80% refund
• 30–60 days before event: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days before event: No refund
• Visa refusal: refund minus €50 administration fee if notified at least 10 working days before event
• Webinar cancellations more than 30 days before event: 50% refund; no refund after this date.
8. Refund Process
• Credit/debit card refunds issued to the same card.
• Bank transfer refunds sent to nominated account; all fees borne by registrant.

10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Turkish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul courts.
