Dedicated Meeting Tables & Lounge Areas
Meeting spaces are available throughout the conference hall and the hotel’s lobby lounge, providing comfortable settings for productive business discussions.
Dedicated meeting tables are located within the main conference area and are designed to accommodate more than six participants. In addition, the lobby’s lounge seating areas offer a relaxed environment for informal meetings and networking.
When scheduling a meeting through the ExploRe & ReConnext platform, participants without a dedicated table will be automatically assigned to an available meeting table or lounge area based on availability. Simply select your preferred meeting duration, and the system will take care of the rest.
